Today Freedom Verse Cafe features on of it's loyal listeners and a beautiful poet. Epiphany the host of "Epiphany's House" will be communing with us here at FVC; elaborating on her art, NEW album soon to be released, and life in general. I hope you enjoy the art and are inspired by the energy.

About the Artist:
Epiphany Castro was born and raised in Berkeley California where she began singing and performing in her home church at the bright age of 5yrs. Later she began to expand her talents in dancing and acting by age 7yrs. In 2007 Epiphany put pen to paper again and discovered poetry publishing her first book entitled “Everything and Nothing”. In the same year she began an in-depth study of the arts of spoken word at the encouragement of many wonderful artists and began a show on Blog Talk Radio called Epiphany’s House, focusing on spoken word and music. Slowly honing her craft in open mic venues, she has become a well recognized poet. Currently working on her forthcoming album called “Soulflower” she eagerly anticipates its release in the coming weeks. For Epiphany writing is a passion and she continues to develop and perfect her craft by immersing herself in the writing community. Her path is now clear and her love for the word continues to grow with each passing day.

Join us for what seems to be the make up of an awesome show filled with poetry, spoken word, soul, and jazz...and of course your favorite host...
