We've got a lot to be thankful for…
November just began, and we're coming to the last stretch for 2009. I'm thankful for the blessings that came to me this past October:
- An AMAZING show in the lovely island of Bermuda (Check out my video blog at www.shanellegabriel.com/blog).
- A wonderful interview called ""Boom Bai Yay Shanelle" with the ladies of Elle Elle Eye Magazine at http://elleelleeye.blogspot.com/2009/10/boom-ba-yay-shanelle.html.(Most of the interview was spent laughing. Oh, and they also got a snippet of some new music I'm working on. One of the best interviews I've had to date.)
- If you live in NY State, you may have recognized my voice as the cartoon mom in a shoe store for a commercial for Emblem Health. Yep, that was yours truly. (However, the girl in the Subway commercial that everyone says looks like me isn't me. LOL.
- I got to celebrate the release of rapper/AMA winning ghostwriter (Nick Cannon, Will Smith) Kel Spencer's album "Salon Stories" hosted by MC Lyte, featuring our collaboration called "Questions, Questions." You can hear it on my site, but you can get it and the whole album on Amazon.com.
- Another interview on www.urbaneperspectivemag.com. This is a great online mag that showcases a LOT of talent.
